Heels Win! Pig Is Served!

Beautiful weather, complete with Carolina blue skies, combined to make a picture-perfect homecoming for all former midshipmen of the Naval ROTC Unit in Chapel Hill on Saturday, October 11, 1997.

Wake Forest succumbed to the heat and the fifth-ranked Tar Heel football team, losing 30-12. Check out the complete story at www.goheels.com. Afterwards, a pig-pickin' was held on the lawn of the Unit. Our thanks to the current midshipmen and the Quarterdeck Society for helping make this homecoming a success!
